In order to optimize the hose life for our own peristaltic metering pump products, we took a look at what diminishes peristaltic hose pump lifespan with existing technology in mind. Since friction builds heat, and heat is detrimental to hose life, the obvious solution was to change to a SINGLE rolling element. Eccentric Pumps' large diameter roller provides a long sealing line so the pump can build pressure without backflow. This revolutionary peristaltic hose pump design leads to longer hose life and less down time for maintenance! Our multiple application (including OEM) peristaltic pumps ensure accurate and reliable delivery of fluids whether single or two phase in nature.
