Our bleach pumps easily handle two phase flows - gas and liquid. A frequent problem with bleach (sodium hypochlorite/NaOCl) is when it "gasses off," and diaphragm pumps lose their prime as the gas interferes with flow. Our hypo pump doesn't succumb to this common issue.
Eccentric Pumps' range of bleach pump (sodium hypochlorite) solutions is designed to handle the stress of continuous usage, with longer hose life than the competition's offerings. Bleach and other corrosive/aggressive fluids are easily handled with the right hose and alloy end connections. Our bleach pump can also be used as either a metering or dosing pump as well as a transfer pump.
Our pumps are ideally suited for on-site sodium hypochlorite generating systems as well as metering or dosing from stored bleach solutions.
Eccentric Pumps leads the revolution in peristaltic bleach pump design. Our approach incorporates quality American Made materials to create a line of durable pumps that can be used in a variety of applications.
Benefits of the Eccentric Pumps sodium hypochlorite (NaOCl) pump solutions include more flow per revolution, enhanced operational flexibility, and a buffer zone between the pump and gearbox to protect the drive and bearings. Our housing is protected with an epoxy powder coat, electrostatically applied, and baked for complete chemical resistance on all parts. Each pump uses a compact integral drive and motor, with a piloted fit to the back of the housing. The hollow output shaft drive captures an independent pump shaft, meaning there is no coupling to align and no overhung load on the drive. Our DST™ synthetic lubricant and oversized roller extend hose life.
